Whether it’s with your vision on digital design or with your coaching skills of the team. As our new lead digital designer you’re taking our digital design to the next level.
As part of a team of art directors & leads, you’re responsible for Resoluut’s creative output. You’re in charge of bringing our clients’ brands to life in digital environments. By exploring new digital concepts. Coaching fellow designers and creating digital design systems.
As lead designer you’re the team’s lifeline. You know how to navigate your team through difficult situations. With excellent internal as well as external stakeholder management. And by coaching your team to be at their best. Helping them strengthen their skills and work on areas of development.
Skills
- Expertise in creating digital products from scratch
- Translating brand into digital solutions
- Driven to bring brands to life within creative concepts and on different touchpoints
- Experience in design systems and complex environments.
Requirements:
- experienced as senior or lead at a similar creative agency
- at least 5 years of hands-on design experience
- determined to work together in highly specialized teams.
- Inspiring work ethic
- able to balance hands-on projects with coaching tasks to help develop and grow the studio
- an inspiring portfolio and proven track record of successful projects and collaborations
